Hayden Delaney
Hayden Delaney is an experienced electrical professional with seven years in the industry, spanning civil, commercial, and industrial environments. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for technical excellence, problem-solving, and a strong commitment to high-quality workmanship. During his apprenticeship, Hayden was recognised for his outstanding performance, winning the 2022 NECA Victoria Award—an achievement that reflects both his skill and dedication to the trade. He continues to expand his expertise across complex installations, automation, and modern electrical solutions, bringing reliable knowledge and hands-on capability to every project.

Rebecca Ryrie
Rebecca Ryrie is the co-founder of Delec Electrical Group and a key driving force behind the company’s growth and professionalism. With a well-established career in interior design and drafting, Rebecca brings a refined eye for detail, creative problem-solving, and a polished approach to everything she does. Alongside her full-time career, Rebecca plays an essential role in Delec’s administration and client relations—supporting operations, maintaining organisation, and ensuring every client has a positive and seamless experience. Rebecca and her partner, Hayden Delaney, have been together for 10 years and share a joint passion for building a high-quality, reliable, and client-focused electrical business.
